Six Maharishi University of Management (MUM) poets are represented in a new anthology that also includes nationally renowned poets, with the proceeds benefiting those in the world impacted by terrorist attacks and political oppression.
Titled Carrying the Branch: Poets in Search of Peace, the book has been published by Glass Lyre Press of Glenview, Illinois.
MUM poets represented include staff members Bill Graeser, Paul Stokstad, Rustin Larson, and Ken Chawkin, as well as faculty members Nynke Passi and Suzanne Vesely (retired). Renowned poets include former U.S. Poets Laureate Rita Dove and Robert Pinsky.
The anthology can be purchased on the publisher's website and on Amazon.
The MUM poets in the book recently gave a reading on at Revelations Café, 112 N. Main St. in Fairfield, Iowa, USA.
