The structure of Global Mother Divine's organization for Total Knowledge-Based Education During the recent Global Mother Divine Congress, the Raj Rajeshwaris—Mothers of the World from the Sovereign Domain of Consciousness—reported on establishing the Foundations for the five Areas of the Global Mother Divine Organization in every country, including many beautiful ideas and suggestions that have come from ladies around the world during the Congress. The following talk by a member of Global Mother Divine presented the plans and action steps for the Advisory Board and Foundation for Total Knowledge-Based Education: 'The Advisory Board for Total Knowledge-Based Education is the non-active aspect of this area. It would consist of the top lady educators in the country who are in the [worldwide Transcendental Meditation] Movement. 'The Foundation for Total Knowledge-Based Education for Mothers in Every Generation is the active aspect of the Education Area of Knowledge. 'The members of this Foundation are engaged in actually implementing our programmes for education. 'The members of the Foundation for Total Knowledge-Based Education for Mothers of your nation in Every Generation would be selected from ladies who are working on setting up schools or implementing Consciousness-Based, Total Knowledge-Based Education in existing schools, as well as any principals of our own schools. 'The key action steps for the members of the foundation are: 'Holding a national Total Knowledge-Based Education weekend for all the ladies in your country who would like to help on any level: national, state/provincial, city, or community. During the weekend ladies decide on one of four areas for the next action steps. 'Those four action steps are: - Meet local legal and licensing requirements 'Materials with step-by step details of how to conduct the weekend and how to proceed in taking these steps of action are available through the national education director for each country. 'For example: - To meet local legal and licensing requirements there is a sample application with suggestions to help you word the application in a way that will be easy for the officials to accept. - To find land and buildings there is a list of the basic requirements that need to be met in terms of Vastu. - To publicize Total Knowledge-Based Education and recruit students there is a wealth of written and DVD materials for you to use. - To hire and train the principal and teachers there are guidelines for hiring and there is a set of faculty development materials for you to train experienced teachers to teach according to the guidelines of Total Knowledge-Based Education. 'As you formally or legally establish the Foundation it is very important to get a Muhurta to ensure the success of the Foundation by starting at an auspicious time. 'With each of the four action steps it will be a tremendous help to get a Muhurta so that well begun will be half done. 'Because of the extensive scientific research on Transcendental Meditation relevant to the field of education—especially the research demonstrating that Total Knowledge-Based Education has the means to develop the total brain, and that total brain functioning naturally leads to improvements in all areas of academic and personal life—you can proceed step by step with the confidence that Total Knowledge-Based Education not only can meet all standards in your country but also far surpasses all existing systems of education.
