Arunima Rai, student of Maharishi Vidya Mandir Ratanpur, has been announced scholarship for further research in any reputed research organization. This award scholarship was announced at the National Bal Vigyan Congress during its national convention. In a convention housing more that 600 research papers from over 60 child scientists hailing from all 30 states of the country.
Arun Bhargava, advisor, Gwalior Science Centre informed that the Science and Technology Department of Government of India, will sponsor Arunima Rai for further research on her presentation under any acclaimed scientist of the country in any reputed Research Organization of the country.
Sandhya Verma, secretary, MP Science Centre Gwalior (MP), informed that the research papers of more than 600 young scientists were presented at the national convention between December 27, 2008 and December 31 at Dimapur, Nagaland. Arunima Rai presented a research paper on Local Weed. Her works were declared best.
Dr NP Shukla, project director, MP Science and Technology Department, Dr RR Das, chairman, MP Science Centre Gwalior and senior scientist Dr Manjulata Jain and others have congratulated Arunima Rai.
